Organisational culture is essentially a human-focused concept, representing the way that people in an organisation work and interact with themselves and their stakeholders.  You'll get to know us as individuals, not corporate consultants, and you can call on us whenever you need advice or support.

Pricing based on value

If you haven't worked with us before, we are happy to first show you how we work together, how we interact and how we contribute.  If you see the value and we jointly agree to continue working together then we have a more equitable model than the usual "start high, negotiate down, fit into a budget" model of consulting.
